Inside Dhaka
Delivery Charge: BDT 80
Estimated Delivery: 2–3 days
Outside Dhaka
Delivery Charge: BDT 130
Estimated Delivery: 3–5 days
Orders may be delivered through Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, or another suitable courier service.
Delivery estimates may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. International Delivery
International delivery is available for selected products and destinations.
Shipping charges, delivery times, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other applicable charges may vary by destination.
The applicable details will be communicated before confirmation of an international order.
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, and destination-country charges.
12. Pre-Orders
Selected products may be available for pre-order.
Pre-order products may have different payment and delivery requirements.
Estimated delivery dates may change due to supplier availability, manufacturing, shipping, customs, or other circumstances.

আমাদের Website-এ প্রদর্শিত Product Price পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
Website-এ Pricing Error, Product Information Error অথবা অন্য কোনো ভুল থাকলে আমরা তা সংশোধন করার অধিকার রাখি।

Website-এর মাধ্যমে Order করার অর্থ হলো আপনি নির্বাচিত Product ক্রয়ের জন্য একটি Request প্রদান করছেন।
নিম্নলিখিত পরিস্থিতিসহ প্রয়োজনীয় ক্ষেত্রে SH Habib Shop কোনো Order Verify, Accept, Reject অথবা Cancel করার অধিকার রাখে:

৭. Order Confirmation
Order পাওয়ার পর আমাদের Customer Support Team Phone অথবা WhatsApp-এর মাধ্যমে আপনার Order Details Verify করতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনে আমরা যাচাই করতে পারি:

Payment Information
প্রয়োজনীয় Verification সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর Order Confirm করা হবে।
৮. Order Cancellation
Shipment Confirmation-এর আগে Order Cancel করা যাবে।
একবার কোনো Order Dispatch হয়ে গেলে Cancellation সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।
Approved Cancellation-এর ক্ষেত্রে Eligible Refund আমাদের Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী Process করা হবে।
৯. Payment
Availability অনুযায়ী SH Habib Shop নিম্নলিখিত Payment Method প্রদান করতে পারে:

Advance Payment
অন্যান্য Available Payment Method
Cash on Delivery
Eligible Order-এর ক্ষেত্রে Cash on Delivery সুবিধা রয়েছে।
COD Order-এর প্রযোজ্য Delivery Charge আগে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
অবশিষ্ট Product Price Delivery-এর সময় পরিশোধ করা যাবে।
Advance Payment
Customer উপলব্ধ Payment Method-এর মাধ্যমে Advance Payment করতে পারবেন।
কিছু Product-এর ক্ষেত্রে Advance Payment প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
১০. Pre-Order
নির্বাচিত কিছু Product Pre-Order হিসেবে পাওয়া যেতে পারে।
Pre-Order Product-এর Payment Requirement এবং Estimated Delivery Time আলাদা হতে পারে।
Pre-Order Confirm করার আগে Payment, Delivery Timeline এবং অন্যান্য প্রযোজ্য শর্ত Customer-কে জানানো হবে।
Supplier Availability, Shipping, Customs, Manufacturing অথবা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে অন্য কোনো কারণে Estimated Delivery Date পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

Delivery Charge: BDT 80
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 দিন
ঢাকার বাইরে
Delivery Charge: BDT 130
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 দিন
Order অনুযায়ী আমরা নিম্নলিখিত Courier Service ব্যবহার করতে পারি:

অন্যান্য উপযুক্ত Courier Service
Product, Order এবং Delivery Location অনুযায়ী Courier Service পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
Weather, Holiday, Courier Operation, Remote Location, Natural Disaster অথবা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে অন্য কোনো কারণে Delivery Time পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
১২. International Delivery
নির্বাচিত Product এবং Destination-এর জন্য International Delivery সুবিধা রয়েছে।
International Shipping Charge, Estimated Delivery Time, Customs Duty, Tax, Import Fee এবং অন্যান্য Applicable Charge Destination Country ও Product অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
International Order Confirm করার আগে প্রযোজ্য Shipping Cost এবং Estimated Delivery Time Customer-কে জানানো হবে।
অন্যথায় উল্লেখ না থাকলে Destination Country-এর Applicable Customs Duty, Tax এবং অন্যান্য Charge Customer-এর দায়িত্ব।
১৩. Return, Exchange, Replacement ও Refund
Return, Exchange, Replacement এবং Refund আমাদের Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
Order করার আগে Customer-কে Return & Refund Policy পড়ে নেওয়ার জন্য উৎসাহিত করা হচ্ছে।
Applicable Return Period:
Beauty Products — ৩ দিন
Perfumes — ৩ দিন
Clothes — ৩ দিন
Gadgets — ৩ দিন
Approved Refund ৭–১০ Business Days-এর মধ্যে Process করা হবে, তবে Payment Provider-এর Processing Time অনুযায়ী টাকা পেতে অতিরিক্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।
১৪. Customer-এর দায়িত্ব
Customer-এর সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করা Customer-এর দায়িত্ব।
এর মধ্যে রয়েছে:

Customer-এর ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্যের কারণে Delivery Delay, Delivery Failure অথবা অতিরিক্ত কোনো খরচ হলে SH Habib Shop দায়ী থাকবে না।
১৫. Delivery গ্রহণ
Customer-কে Delivery পাওয়ার সময় Package এবং Product ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা করার জন্য উৎসাহিত করা হচ্ছে।
যদি Damaged, Defective, Incorrect অথবা Incomplete Product পাওয়া যায়, তাহলে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব SH Habib Shop-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন।
Eligible Claim আমাদের Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
১৬. Promotion ও Discount
Discount, Promotional Campaign, Coupon Code, Special Offer এবং অন্যান্য Promotional Benefit-এর জন্য অতিরিক্ত Terms & Conditions থাকতে পারে।
