2. Select Your Product
Open your preferred product page and review the available information, including:

Other relevant information
Select the quantity, size, colour, or variation you need.
3. Add to Cart
Click “Add to Cart” after selecting your product.
You can continue browsing and add additional products to your cart.
Once you have selected everything you want to purchase, proceed to Checkout.
4. Enter Your Delivery Information
At checkout, provide accurate information, including:
Full Name
Mobile Number
Email Address
Complete Delivery Address
Required Product Information
Please make sure your mobile number and delivery address are correct.
SH Habib Shop is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
5. Choose Your Payment Method
Select an available payment method for your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders.
For COD orders, the applicable delivery charge must be paid in advance.
The remaining product price can be paid at the time of delivery.
Advance Payment
Customers may also make advance payment through the available payment methods.
Some products may require advance payment.
Pre-Order
Selected products may be available for Pre-Order.
For pre-order products, payment requirements, estimated delivery time, and other applicable conditions will be communicated before order confirmation.
6. Order Confirmation
After receiving your order, our customer support team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify your order.
We may verify:

Payment Information
Your order will be confirmed after the necessary verification is completed.
7. Order Processing
After confirmation, we will prepare your product for shipment.
Depending on your location and order requirements, we may use different courier services, including:

Other suitable courier services
The courier service may vary depending on the order and delivery location.
8. Delivery
Inside Dhaka
Delivery Charge: BDT 80
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 days
Outside Dhaka
Delivery Charge: BDT 130
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, courier operations, remote locations, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
International Delivery
International delivery is available for selected products and destinations.
For international orders, shipping charges, estimated delivery time, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other applicable charges may vary depending on the destination country and product.
The applicable shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be communicated before confirmation of the international order.
9. Receive Your Order
After receiving your order, please check the package and product carefully.
If you receive:
The wrong product
A damaged product
A defective product
A missing product or accessory
please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Our Return & Refund Policy will apply to eligible returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

আপনার পছন্দের পণ্য অর্ডার করতে নিচের ধাপগুলো অনুসরণ করুন।

প্রথমে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট shhabib.shop ভিজিট করুন এবং আপনার পছন্দের পণ্য খুঁজে নিন।

২. আপনার পণ্য নির্বাচন করুন
আপনার পছন্দের Product-এর Page-এ গিয়ে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য দেখে নিন।

অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য
এরপর আপনার প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Quantity, Size, Colour অথবা অন্য কোনো Variation নির্বাচন করুন।
৩. Cart-এ পণ্য যোগ করুন
পণ্য নির্বাচন করার পর “Add to Cart” বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
আপনি চাইলে আরও পণ্য Browse করে একই Cart-এ যোগ করতে পারবেন।
সব পণ্য নির্বাচন করা হয়ে গেলে Checkout-এ যান।
৪. Delivery Information দিন
Checkout করার সময় সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করুন।
প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্যের মধ্যে থাকতে পারে:
পূর্ণ নাম
মোবাইল নম্বর
ই-মেইল ঠিকানা
সম্পূর্ণ Delivery Address
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Product Information
সঠিক মোবাইল নম্বর এবং সম্পূর্ণ Delivery Address প্রদান করা অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্যের কারণে Delivery Delay বা Delivery Failure হলে তার জন্য SH Habib Shop দায়ী থাকবে না।
৫. Payment Method নির্বাচন করুন
আপনার Order-এর জন্য উপলব্ধ Payment Method থেকে আপনার পছন্দের Payment Method নির্বাচন করুন।
Cash on Delivery (COD)
যোগ্য Order-এর ক্ষেত্রে Cash on Delivery সুবিধা পাওয়া যাবে।
তবে COD Order-এর ক্ষেত্রে:
Delivery Charge আগে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
অর্থাৎ, পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার সময় বাকি Product Price প্রদান করা যাবে, কিন্তু প্রযোজ্য Delivery Charge আগে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
Advance Payment
গ্রাহক চাইলে উপলব্ধ Payment Method-এর মাধ্যমে সম্পূর্ণ বা প্রয়োজনীয় Advance Payment করতে পারবেন।
কিছু Product-এর ক্ষেত্রে Advance Payment প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
Pre-Order
কিছু নির্বাচিত Product Pre-Order হিসেবে পাওয়া যেতে পারে।

৬. Order Confirmation
আপনার Order পাওয়ার পর আমাদের Customer Support Team প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Phone অথবা WhatsApp-এর মাধ্যমে আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে।
Order Confirmation-এর সময় আমরা যাচাই করতে পারি:

প্রয়োজনীয় Verification সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর Order Confirm করা হবে।
৭. Order Processing
Order Confirm হওয়ার পর আমরা আপনার Product সংগ্রহ, যাচাই এবং Packaging করে Delivery-এর জন্য প্রস্তুত করব।
আপনার Location ও Order-এর ধরন অনুযায়ী আমরা বিভিন্ন Courier Service ব্যবহার করতে পারি।

৮. Delivery
ঢাকা শহরের ভিতরে
Delivery Charge: BDT 80
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 দিন
ঢাকার বাইরে
Delivery Charge: BDT 130
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 দিন
উল্লেখিত Delivery Time একটি আনুমানিক সময়।
ছুটির দিন, আবহাওয়া, Courier-এর কার্যক্রম, দূরবর্তী Location, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে অন্য কোনো কারণে Delivery সময় কিছুটা বেশি হতে পারে।
International Delivery
নির্বাচিত Product এবং Destination-এর জন্য International Delivery সুবিধা রয়েছে।
International Order-এর ক্ষেত্রে:

Estimated Delivery Time
Customs Duty
Tax
Import Fee
অন্যান্য প্রযোজ্য Charge
Destination Country এবং Product অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
International Order Confirm করার আগে প্রযোজ্য Shipping Cost এবং Estimated Delivery Time Customer-কে জানানো হবে।
৯. Order গ্রহণ করুন
আপনার Order Delivery হওয়ার পর Product এবং Package ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা করুন।
যদি আপনি পান:
ভুল Product
Damaged Product
Defective Product
Missing Item বা Accessories
তাহলে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আমাদের Customer Support Team-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন।
Return, Exchange, Replacement এবং Refund-এর ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের Return & Refund Policy প্রযোজ্য হবে।
১০. Order Cancellation
Shipment Confirmation-এর আগে Order Cancel করা যাবে।
তবে কোনো Order একবার Dispatch হয়ে গেলে সেই Order Cancel করা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।
